Town of Moores Hill Trick or Treat will be held 

Friday October 31st 2025 

6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Costume Contest will be held at 8:30 p.m. at Moores Hill Veterans Memorial Park

Contest Groups:

  • Ages 0-3
  • Ages 4-6
  • Ages 7-9
  • Ages 10-15
  • Overall

Prizes:

  • 1st place: $50.00
  • 2nd place: $25.00
  • 3rd place: $15.00
  • 4th place: $10.00

2025 Fall Heavy Trash Week Pick up

Begins: 10/7/2025
Ends: 10/24/2025

Oct. 20th - Oct 24th 2025

Nothing will be picked up after 3:00 pm on Friday Oct 24th

  • Services are for residents that live in the Town of Moores Hill Town limits only.
  • Absolutely no dumping of items at the Town Garage
  • Set items by the curb and the guys will make their rounds to pick it up
  • ABSOLUTELY NO TIRES
  • Mattress must be wrapped in plastic

Items Accepted 

  • Fencing
  • Mattresses
  • Furniture
  • Metal
  • Appliances without Freon

Items NOT Accepted:

  • Household Trash
  • Tree Limbs / Grass Clippings
  • Paint / Chemicals & Hazordous 
  • Oils / Pain
  • Cylinders or tanks of any kind
